We have designed this unique program to empower students of all ages in their social-emotional development through a series of fun and progressive activities. Our approach centers on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), ensuring that each student not only acquires essential life skills but also enjoys the process and feels rewarded along the way. Earning brightly colored wristbands as they achieve various milestones adds to their excitement and motivation.
Achieving Milestones
with Enthusiasm
The thrill of achievement is at the core of the Role Models in Training program. Our students are allowed to earn up to 10 different SEL achievement wristbands, each signifying a specific social-emotional skill they have honed. This system fuels their drive, pushing them to excel and proudly showcase their accomplishments to peers and staff. Witnessing their own progression and being acknowledged publicly enhances their sense of pride and ambition.

Our dynamic activities encourage students to stay active, both mentally and physically. The excitement of earning the next wristband keeps students energized and eager to participate.
Improving Social Awareness
Understanding and empathizing with others is vital in today's interconnected world. Our program includes activities that enhance social awareness, teaching students to recognize and respect others' feelings, perspectives, and contributions. Role Models in Training helps students develop these skills through self-regulation, goal setting, and time-management exercises. Comprehensive Achievement Tracking
We provide students with an Achievement Poster, which serves as a visual representation of their progress. This poster is not only a fun and interactive way for students to monitor their own development, but it also acts as a motivational tool. Seeing the poster fill up with marks of their success reinforces their commitment to the program and reminds them of how far they've come.
Our instructors guide students through each step, offering clear and engaging instructions. This ensures that every student, regardless of their initial skill level, can participate fully and benefit from the program's offerings.
